The Rodman Street Missionary Baptist Church celebrated the resurrection of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ April 19, with an original Easter production entitled “He Lives.”
The scripture reference for the play was Matthew: 28:6, “He is not here! He has risen, just as He said.”
Residents and church families all over the city were invited to attend this worship experience which took place at the Obama Academy, located at 515 N. Highland Ave., in East Liberty.
The church’s hope was that everyone would come together to worship and celebrate what He has done and continues to do for all of us.
