Bethany Baptist celebrates Black History with music

SOUNDS OF WORSHIP—Bethany Baptist Church hosted the “Sounds of Worship” Musical Celebration of African American History Month event, Feb. 15,  at its home located at 7745 Tioga St., in Homewood. The afternoon featured Shelia Johnson-Hunt, Linda Ross Brown, Nikki Porter and the Eastminster Presbyterian Church Choir, the University of Pittsburgh’s Some of God’s Children choir, and others.
