NEIdeas $100k Challenge-Two $100,000 Awards Available for Existing Businesses With Ideas to Grow ‘big’!

We believe that a great idea can help a good business grow. NEIdeas is a program that celebrates existing businesses in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park – rewarding those with the best ideas for growth. NEIdeas is rewarding a total of $500,000 in cash awards to over 30 existing businesses in 2015 through the $10k Challenge and the $100k Challenge. The $10k Challenge is now closed and the $100k Challenge is underway! The $100k Challenge is for existing businesses that gross over $750,000 and under $5-million annually that have ideas to grow ‘big’.  The deadline for the initial 400 word application isJune 25th at 11:59pm. In addition to cash rewards, NEIdeas connects small businesses to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This ecosystem includes over 54 small business support organizations. By entering NEIdeas, applicants gain the connection to additional support, exposure for their business, a connection to other entrepreneurs, and access to resources.
