Holy Spirit Seminar
    JULY 15—Greater Works Outreach, 301 College Park Dr., Monroeville, will host its Holy Spirit Seminar at 10 a.m. Through July 18, the church will feature three-daily sessions of worship, teaching and ministry. Guest speakers will be Pastor Darlene Bishop, Pastor Matthew Brown, Bishop Joseph Garlington, Dr. Larry Huch and Prophet Ron Campbell. The seminar will also be held at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. There will also be a daily Vacation Bible School and Youth Conference. Registration for the school and conference are requested. Vacation Bible School
    JULY 15—First Baptist Church, 141 N. McDonald St., McDonald, Pa., will host its Blast to the Past Vacation Bible School from 5:45-8:45 p.m. Through July 17, First Baptist welcomes families and individuals to experience an exciting week of time-travel adventure to discover God’s everlasting love. Rib Festival
    JULY 18—Mon Valley Churches and Organizations will host its Annual Fellowship Rib Festival at 12 p.m. at Unity Park, Bailie Avenue, McKeesport. The theme is “A community that prays together stays together.” The event will feature St. Paul AME and Christ Temple AME Church, both of McKeesport.

Open House/Registration
    JULY 18—The Miracle Ministries/Beaver Valley College of Theology, a satellite extension of North Carolina College of Theology, will host an Open House and Registration for the 2015-2016 School Year from 12-3 p.m. at the Miracle School of Ministry, 702 Davis St., Aliquippa, Pa.

Revival
    JULY 19— Morningside COGIC, 5173 Dearborn St., Garfield, will host a Revival at 3:30 p.m. The theme is “Revive and Restore Us O Lord God Almighty.” The guest revivalist is Evangelist Regina Bryant. For more information, call 412-897-7839.

Gospel Idol
    JULY 25—The Center for Organ Recovery and Education (CORE) will host its Gospel Idol at 6 p.m. at the Kelly Strayhorn Theater, 5941 Penn Ave., East Liberty. This is a National Minority Donor Awareness Celebration event based on the reality-talent show “American Idol.” Ten talented, local contestants have been selected from the numerous submissions to compete for four prizes.
