Jerusalem Baptist Church 118th Anniversary

PASTOR AND CONGREGATION—As a weekend full of festivities continued, it was filled with celebrations for the residents of Duquesne and one of the community’s oldest houses of worship, Jerusalem Baptist Church, located at 12 S. Fifth Street. On Aug. 1 the city held its annual Duquesne Day and the church held its 118th Anniversary Celebration on Aug. 2. A service was held on the block of South Fifth Street, followed by festivities that included food and activities for all ages.  Pictured above, Rev.
