Women’s Weekend at Pentecostal led by Barbara Mann

WOMEN’S CHOIR SINGS at the Sunday morning worship that marked a grand finale of the spirit-filled services recently held at Pentecostal Temple COGIC, in East Liberty. It was Women’s Weekend, an annual event led by First Lady Barbara Mann. The Theme, “Unite my Heart to fear Thy Name,” taken from Psalm 86:11, was the focus of teaching at the Fellowship and Workshop conducted by Dr. Mae Walker, PhD, of Ohio. Yvonne Capehart, PhD, from Jacksonville, Fla., was the guest speaker. In her sermon she admonished the ladies to remain diligent in their efforts to encourage their family members to seek the manifestation of their Godly purpose and destiny on earth. (Photos by Jackie McDonald)
