Nicki Minaj is taking some heat for posting a risque and revolting photo of a person dressing up for Halloween as Bill Cosby who is actively molesting a female victim.
Minaj posted this photo of a man dressed as a knocked out Blonde woman who is holding a cocktail while an inflatable Cosby who is wrapped tightly behind her and is reaching into “her” shirt, all while simultaneously putting drugs in her drink.
