Hollywood entertainment Gloria Allred is a shameless, rapacious, media parasite. I wanted to take a shower after watching her horrid press conference where she tried to be the star of the Bill Cosby sexual assault case, even though she nor any of her clients have anything to do with it, nor will she.
In fact, there was no reason for the bottom-feeding, ambulance chasing Allred to show her face in front of the cameras because she delivered no news that was relevant to the case. So she spent the balance of the news conference expending needless carbon dioxide into the atmosphere and bloviating before ravenous media looking for insight into the Cosby arrest and upcoming trial, for which Allred provided none. It was a waste of time.
Social media, particularly Twitter, were incensed that Allred used Cosby like prop to hoist herself into the spotlight — and even showed a blown-up version of the arrest warrant that she placed next to her face for the photographers.
It was all very grimy and greasy and very uncouth, a carnival barker screaming for someone to pay attention to her. Social media had a lot to say about it. Take a look:
