Park Place AME Church, located at 215 E. 10th Ave., in Homestead, hosted its Joseph McCain’s Christmas Food Basket Distribution. For two days, the church distributed boxes of food that included most of the fixings needed to make a Christmas meal for the family. The distribution took place on Dec. 19-20. SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE—Kharma Lowe was among the many who helped unload the food from the trucks and pack it into boxes.
