Bubble Planet Opens At Exhibition Hub

Bubble Planet is an immersive experience in which you’ll surround yourself with bubbles like never before. Step into a planet beyond your imagination featuring VR technology, themed rooms, and fantastical landscapes designed to engage all five senses.

Created by Exhibition Hub, this 40,000-square-foot attraction invites guests to explore a dozen interactive environments that celebrate the magic, science, and symbolism of bubbles.

John Zaller, chief creative officer, describes Bubble Planet as a multi-sensory journey that combines play, learning, and reflection.

Each room presents a unique theme, ranging from deep-sea air bubbles on an interactive floor to a giant balloon ocean filled with thousands of pink balloons. “We wanted to create a space that is uplifting, inspiring, and awakens your inner artist and creator.,” Zaller said. “You have no idea how fun it is until you step inside,” Zaller says. “Even just standing outside the Balloon Ocean doesn’t prepare you for the pure joy of being inside it.”

Other highlights include a mirrored kaleidoscope chamber, a massive bubble bath-style ball pit, interactive art stations, and a virtual reality “bubbleverse” experience that lets you float and fly through surreal landscapes while seated in a bubble chair.

“Our VR is a 10-minute journey through the Bubbleverse,” Zaller explains. “When you’re floating in the chair, it really becomes a magical, grand finale experience.”

While Bubble Planet is full of fun and Instagram-worthy moments, it also includes a rich educational component. Informational panels throughout the exhibit explain the science behind bubbles and spheres, touching on topics like human fertilization, spherical architecture, and the shape of planets.

“All the planets are spheres, bubbles are everywhere in nature, and yet it’s something you don’t think about every day because it’s so obvious,” says Zaller. “This gives you a chance to reflect on that from both a scientific and philosophical standpoint.”

In addition to its immersive installations, Bubble Planet offers a full food and beverage program (including kid-friendly options and a bar for adults), a dedicated party room, and educational group packages. “We do a lot with school groups and community centers,” says Zaller. “It’s a perfect space to combine fun with learning.”
