12th Annual Women on the MOVE Summit Celebrates Leadership, Power, and Relationships

The 12th Annual Women on the MOVE Summit was a resounding success, drawing over 250 women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals together for a transformative day of collaboration, connection, and creation. Hosted at Georgia Power, the summit was filled with powerful conversations, thought-provoking panels, and meaningful networking.

“First off, the event was amazing, and being around all of the powerful women in the room was inspiring,” said one attendee. “The lawyer you had up there definitely dropped a few gems, and I took a bunch of notes!”

One of the highlights of the day was the all-male leadership panel, which attendees described as phenomenal and informative. The panel provided an eye-opening perspective on leadership from the male point of view, emphasizing that leadership is not the second option—it is the first and only option.

This year’s theme centered on the power of relationships and the importance of leading with intention. Dr. Kim McNair, CEO of Kim McNair Productions and Founder of the Business Women Empowerment Project (BWEP), reminded attendees that true leadership is rooted in connection. “Relationships will take you further than any hustle ever will,” she shared.

The summit brought together some of Atlanta’s most dynamic voices, creating a space where women could learn, grow, and celebrate one another. From the inspiring corporate leaders who spoke on making intentional moves, to the powerful panels that challenged attendees to elevate their leadership, the day underscored the value of authentic influence, collaboration, and stewardship.
With Georgia Power as the presenting host, the Women on the MOVE Summit continues to live up to its mission: empowering women, fostering meaningful dialogue, and inspiring purposeful action.
